Frequently asked questions.

Answers about rental cost, what’s in a node, connecting, privacy and team work. Didn’t find your question — message us on Telegram, we reply within minutes during working hours.

01 How is the rental cost calculated? +

The first hour is fixed and is charged the moment you rent a node; after that, billing is per-minute. For example: if you stop the rental before the first hour is up, you are still charged the full hour. Once the first hour passes, billing is per-minute — stop at 1h 17m and you pay for exactly 1h 17m.

02 What's included in a node? +

Tuned, optimized hardware with stable drivers. Pre-installed render software: Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, After Effects. Render engines: Octane, Redshift, V-Ray, Arnold, Karma.

03 How do I connect to a node? +

As soon as the session starts, the interface shows an ID and password for RustDesk and AnyDesk — both clients are already installed on the node. Pick whichever you prefer and enter the ID and password in the RustDesk/AnyDesk app.

04 What about the privacy of my projects? +

Each node serves one client at a time. At the start of a session you only have access to your own working folder on our server. The next user cannot see your activity on the node or your files. All data is transferred over HTTPS with several additional layers of encryption.

05 Can we work as a team? +

Signed-in users can create projects, and other users can be invited to each one. The shared project wallet is available to all invited members. A user can open a session for collaborative work, and the manager can monitor active sessions, end them, and get a report on every session within the project.
